• Our marina does not allow short-term rentals or transient slips. Rental time must be for full season, no exceptions.

• Availability of ships differ by date, please indicate your earliest expected date you'd like to dock in the marina.  Summer starts Apr 1, while Winter starts Nov 1.

• Must be able to provide PDF documentation of your exact insurance coverage limits (not just your insurance card).  Marina requires minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage before you can dock your boat.  (The kind that covers you if your boat damages another boat or the marina)

• I accept ACH (direct from bank account), Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.  (no cash or checks)

• We are a private residential marina, and do not offer any commercial services or dry docking.

**For Total Boat Length - please include bow pulpit, outboards or engine pulled up so that I can recommend the best slip for your boat.  The marina is strict about boats fitting into the slip sizes.
